How far in advance should I book my residential move?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for local moves, 6-8 weeks for long-distance moves, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute moves within 72 hours.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes! We offer complete packing services including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing paper, and furniture blankets. You can purchase materials separately or include full packing service in your move.
What items won't you move?
We cannot move hazardous materials (paint, propane, chemicals), perishable food, plants (for long-distance moves), or items prohibited by law. We’ll discuss any special items during your quote.
What happens if something gets damaged?
While rare, if damage occurs, we have a straightforward claims process. Report any damage within 24 hours, and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Our insurance covers repairs or replacement
Do you move on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we move 7 days a week, including most holidays. Weekend and holiday moves may have slightly different pricing—we’ll discuss this during your quote.
